Shipping information
Free Shipping on Orders $800+. Shipping is curbside to the contiguous United States, and orders under $800 ship for a flat $29.99. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment (estimated 4-7 business days total). You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, contact us at support@independentlivingdirect.com.
Lift chairs and UPbeds ship free with threshold delivery (porch or garage). White glove delivery (room of choice, assembly, packaging removed) can be added on their product pages for an additional charge. For other items, ask us about threshold or white glove delivery.
Returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fees (typically ~20%) are the customer's responsibility. Outright returns on shipped orders incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
