How it works
- Request a quote. Use the quote form below or call (517) 273-9495. Tell us the product, quantity and ship-to ZIP code. We email a formal quote with the price and shipping.
- Send your PO and paperwork. Reply with your purchase order. Michigan tax-exempt buyers add their exemption certificate. Need our W-9 to set us up as a vendor? Ask and we email it.
- We invoice and ship. We turn the quote into an invoice and email it to your billing contact. Approved Net 30 accounts ship once we accept the PO. All other orders ship once the invoice is paid.
What to send with your order
- Purchase order number, or your program's written authorization
- Billing contact name and email for the invoice
- Ship-to name, address and phone, plus any delivery notes
- Michigan exempt buyers only: Form 3372, Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption
Sales tax
We collect sales tax only on orders that ship to a Michigan address. If your order ships outside Michigan, no exemption certificate is needed. If it ships to Michigan and your organization is exempt, send Form 3372 with your PO and we remove the tax from your invoice.
Payment terms
- Net 30 for approved government agencies and established institutions such as hospitals, schools and nonprofits. Ask for terms when you request your first quote. We confirm approval by email.
- All other accounts pay the invoice before we ship.
- Special-order and non-returnable items are paid in full before we order them from the manufacturer, on every account.
- Pay by card through the secure link in your invoice, or by ACH bank transfer. We email bank details on request and never post them online.
Shipping
We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Your quote shows the shipping cost and the expected delivery time for each item.
