The Cheeta Ninja lists a 500 lb capacity, a top speed of up to 14 mph, 25 miles of range, a 35 degree maximum incline and 15 x 6 in all terrain tires. The Q Express is a fully enclosed all-weather cabin scooter that lists a 550 lb capacity, up to 18 mph and a rear bench seat.
Start with the rider's weight and where you will ride. Pick a capacity above the rider's weight plus anything carried, then compare tires, suspension, ground clearance and battery range for your ground. The Q Express lists 550 lbs. The FR GDX, FR510F II and Cheeta Ninja list 500 lbs, the FR168-4S II lists 460 lbs, and the FR1 City Compact and FR1 Terrain Luxury list 400 lbs. Check the specs on each product page.
The FR1 City Compact uses solid flat-free tires, which need no maintenance and cannot go flat. The FR GDX and FR1 Terrain Luxury use 13 in pneumatic tires with double wishbone suspension for uneven ground.
The FR GDX lists up to 40 miles on the 79Ah battery or up to 55 miles on the 110Ah upgrade. The Cheeta Ninja lists 25 miles, and the Q Express lists 25 to 35 miles on lead acid. Listed ranges are maximums, so your results will vary.
