- Lead acid battery: 6-month limited warranty — defects in material and workmanship only. Battery performance degradation from use, storage, or cold conditions is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered.

- Plastic parts and chassis hooks: 30 days

Shipping information
Free curbside shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days and are delivered within 5-8 business days after shipment (estimated 6-13 business days total). You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive tracking within 6 business days, contact us at support@independentlivingdirect.com.
We also offer Threshold Delivery (porch or garage) and White Glove Delivery (room of choice, minor assembly, packaging removal) for an additional charge.
Returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fees (typically ~20%) are the customer's responsibility. Outright returns on shipped orders incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
