iCruise 11926: a bariatric wheelchair with a 26, 28 or 30 inch seat

The iCruise is a heavy duty folding wheelchair in three seat widths, 26, 28 and 30 inches, each rated for 600 lb. It is for larger users who find standard chairs too narrow, and for the family members who push it, fold it and lift it into the car.

iCruise 11926 seat sizes and doorway fit

Pick the seat width, then measure every doorway on the route. Open, the chair is 36 inches wide with the 26 inch seat, 38 inches with the 28 inch seat and 40 inches with the 30 inch seat. Every size is 49 inches long and 35 inches tall, and folds to 14 inches wide. The back is 18 inches high and the rear wheels are 24 inches across.

The frame is carbon steel with a triple chrome finish, reinforced with steel gussets at every weight-bearing point, a reinforced side frame and dual cross bars. The 24 inch composite mag wheels have chrome handrims for self-propelling. Padded calf pads add comfort on the leg rests. By seat width, the chair weighs 68 to 70 lb with leg rests and 59 to 61 lb without, so taking the leg rests off makes lifting it into a vehicle easier. If the user can't help, plan on two people to lift it.
