One thing to know upfront: the Super Plus 4 folds flat — it does not fold into the upright rolling carry-on mode you get with the 3-wheel Luggies. It's excellent for car trunks and storage, and it's airline-approved, but it won't stand upright and roll through an airport terminal the way the SP3 does. If upright rolling portability matters to you, the Super Plus 3 is the better choice.

Shipping information
Free curbside shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days and are delivered within 5-8 business days after shipment (estimated 6-13 business days total). You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive tracking within 6 business days, contact us at support@independentlivingdirect.com.
We also offer Threshold Delivery (porch or garage) and White Glove Delivery (room of choice, minor assembly, packaging removal) for an additional charge.
Returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fees (typically ~20%) are the customer's responsibility. Outright returns on shipped orders incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
